Let this guide our day today

Matthew 8:16-17

16 When evening came, many who were demon-possessed were brought to him, and he drove out the spirits with a word and healed all the sick.

-Jesus’s ability to drive out spirits by command stands in contrast to the drastic measures used by Jewish exorcists. These included using offensive odors to drive demons away or nose rings to hook them. Jesus didn’t need all that. The fact that Jesus could heal all who were sick indicates that no disease could thwart his healing powers.

-Reflect on this today and realize that there is no challenge that is too big for He that is all power. Let this guide our thoughts today.
