Let this guide our day today

2 Peter 2:9

9 So you see, the Lord knows how to rescue godly people from their trials, even while keeping the wicked under punishment until the day of final judgment.

- Peter’s rebuke asserts that when God unleashes His full judgment upon the earth, He will protect His people just as He spared Noah and Lot. Furthermore, Peter uses the example of spiritual beings reserved for judgment to argue that God has a certain judgment planned for those who willfully live unjust, unrepentant lives—especially those who should know better.

-Whether it is eternity or today, the Lord knows how to rescue us from our trials. Walk in His path and follow His word. The rest is in His hands and His hands NEVER fail. Let this guide our thoughts today.
