Let this guide our day today

Ephesians 2

13 But now you have been united with Christ Jesus. Once you were far away from God,
but now you have been brought near to him through the blood of Christ.

-This scripture was for the gentiles far away from both God and the Jews. It is saying that through the blood of Jesus that
they are now close to the Lord.

-What I love about scriptures like this is that if the entire world pushes you aside, those who believe are closer than anyone
who does not believe. Think about it. Most people spend their lives trying to be “in” with that which doesn’t really matter. Stay close and in “His” word
because in the end the one who gives you eternity is who you should desire to please. Let this guide our thoughts today.
