Let this guide our day today

Deuteronomy 4:31

31 For the Lord your God is a merciful God; he will not abandon you or destroy you or forget the
solemn covenant he made with your ancestors.

-In this passage of scripture, “a merciful God” Israel is
reminded of God’s character. Although they experience judgment for their sins,
Israel will once again taste the mercy of God.

-We all fall short of the glory of God but because of the cross, for all of us who
repent and turn back will taste the mercy of God. NEVER give up on the Lord
because HE never gives up on you. Stay the course and let this guide our
thoughts today.
