1 Samuel 12:22

22 The LORD will not abandon his people, because that would dishonor His great name. For it has pleased the LORD to make you His very own people.

-God stays faithful to His people not for their merit, but to honor His own name and sovereign choice to love them unconditionally.

-On a daily basis the world takes your mind on a mental rollercoaster as you go through ups and downs. It seems like everything you are rewarded for is based on your ability to do good. God doesn’t love you that way. His love is unconditional and when you realize this you realize that mistakes are part of living and God doesn’t leave you in times when you fall short of the glory. There is no failure in Christ. Just trials and Him loving you through those trials. Let this guide your thoughts today.
