Let this guide our day today

Romans 2:4
4 Don’t you see how wonderfully kind, tolerant, and patient God is with you? Does this mean nothing to you? Can’t you see that his kindness is intended to turn you from your sin?  

- God uses kindness, tolerance, and patience to gently lead you toward repentance, rather than using immediate judgment to force a change of heart. 
- Sometimes it can feel like everything is coming against you and when that happens, we tend to feel God works in that same way. Our peace should rest in knowing that God is transforming us to perfection and leading us away from the sinful nature of this world. He’s not out to get you. He’s out to bless you. Let this rise in your thoughts today.
