Let this guide our day today

Galatians 5:1
So Christ has truly set us free. Now make sure that you stay free, and don’t get tied up again in slavery to the law.

- Jesus liberated us from the heavy burden of trying to earn God's favor through religious rules. Stay free; don't return to legalistic slavery.
-This fixes our way of thinking that if we do good God will bless us and if not then He won’t. Doesn’t work that way. God has a perfect will for us and our achieving this determines whether we trust, believe, and follow Him. Our salvation along with everything else in life is simple if we just deny ourselves, pick up our cross and follow HIM. Let this guide our thoughts today.
