- Here Paul quotes the adoption
formula, where God promises to be a father to David’s son in (2 Sam 7:14). Paul
combines 2 Sam 7:14 with Isa 43:6 to apply God’s promise of adoption to all His
people.

- "Consider this: If we, as flawed
parents, offer such boundless love and protection to our children, how
infinitely greater is the capacity of a perfect Father? He can truly handle all
