February - Day 4

Let this guide our day today

Colossians 1:21 This includes you who were once far away from God. You were his enemies, separated from him by your evil thoughts and actions. 22 Yet now he has reconciled you to himself through the death of Christ in his physical body. As a result, he has brought you into his own presence, and you are holy and blameless as you stand before him without a single fault.  

- The purpose of this reconciliation is so that believers may be presented holy, faultless, and blameless before him instead of being “hostile in your minds” and practicing “evil actions”   

- The enemy places all the weight of perfection on your shoulders when perfection is impossible for us to achieve. Perfection only exists within Christ Himself and Christ through us is perfection. Therefore His works and blessings through us are unlimited. Let this guide our thoughts today.
