February - Day 13

Let this guide our day today
Isaiah 64
4 For since the world began, no ear has heard and no eye has seen a God like you,who works for those who wait for him!
-This passage highlights God’s unique sovereignty as
the only deity who actively intervenes for His people. Theologically, it
emphasizes that His divine acts surpass human comprehension, requiring a
posture of patient, expectant faith (waiting) rather than self-reliant striving
to experience His supernatural deliverance and grace.
-This can be a hard pill to swallow but we
can’t push or control the hand of God. We can try all we want but it will just
wear us out and, in the end, bring frustration. The key is to wait and trust
with expectancy. This is what brings you from where you are now to where you
truly want to be. Let this guide our thoughts today.
