Let this guide our day today

Psalms 61

3 for you are my safe refuge,a fortress where my enemies cannot reach me.

-King Davids proclamation
in this Psalm portrays God as a proven, unquestionable refuge and
elevated fortress. Theologically, it asserts that past experiences of divine
faithfulness fuel present courage, grounding personal security in God’s
unchanging, covenant protection against spiritual and physical adversaries.

-This is who David relied on in his deepest
time of need. It’s one thing to say God is able but peace comes when we know
with all our heart that not only is HE able, but it is already finished. The
road may be a little bumpy but we are walking our journey to victory. Let this
guide our thoughts today.
