Lamentations 3 NIV
22 Because of the LORD's great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail.
23 They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.

- The word for "great love" is ḥeseḏ, which has the idea of loyal love. God was sticking by the people He had chosen. The covenant made with Israel in Deuteronomy 28 had not been negated. God's faithfulness offered a fresh supply of loyal love every day to His covenant people.
-Here's the good news. Because of Jesus we are heirs and joint heirs and that makes us God's covenant people.
-When we are at our lowest with no peace in sight and no light at the end of the tunnel HIS loyal love is with us and for us every day. satan is defeated and we are unstoppable.
